RIT student researchers, led by Prof. Bruce Smith, have made several breakthroughs in nanolithography. Among their accomplishments is a world-record for visible light wavelength resolution—which is a considerable boon for the computer chip industry. read more »

Cars were flipped, metal was twisted and endurance was tested at the 2007 Baja SAE Rochester World Challenge. Sponsored by the Society of Automotive Engineers, Baja SAE challenges students from universities around the world to build off-road vehicles for competition in design and endurance categories. read more »
