The best way to find out if RIT is the right fit for you is to visit our beautiful modern campus. We invite you to meet with us at any time during the year. You may elect to attend one of our scheduled campus programs or schedule an individual visit.
Information Sessions are available May through December and selected weeks in February, March and April at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., Monday through Friday. Each session lasts about one hour and we recommend that you follow it with a student-guided campus tour. To schedule an appointment for one of our information sessions please call our office at 585-475-6631 or submit an online request.
Personal interviews are available year round Monday through Friday. While personal interviews are not required for admission to RIT, we are happy to meet with you on an individual basis. Depending on the time of year interview times may be limited. We ask that you schedule an appointment for a personal interview.
Campus Tour -
originating from the Bausch and Lomb Center, #77, Office of Undergraduate Admissions: An hour long student-guided walking tour of our academic, athletic, and campus life facilities.

Residence Hall Tour - originating from Grace Watson Hall, #25, Housing Operations Office:
Separate from the campus tour, this half hour walking tour goes through our residence halls, special interest housing, cafeteria and residential tunnel system.

**Residence Hall tours may not be available during move-in week in late August or early September. Please contact the RIT admissions campus visit coordinator for more information.
Academic Department Meeting: A unique part of your visit to RIT may include an individual meeting with an academic department representative from one or more of our undergraduate programs. The Admissions Office can provide you with contact information at 585-475-6736. These appointments may be limited due to faculty teaching schedules. These meetings are not available during Saturday visits.
Saturday Information Sessions are offered on dates listed below at 10 a.m. During this group information session, an admissions counselor will cover general RIT information, the admissions process, how to apply for financial aid and more. This is a great opportunity for students taking an initial look at campus.
