INACTIVE STATUS:
Employees eligible for a service award while on a vacation or other inactive status (e.g., leave of absence, military duty, disability) receive the award upon returning to campus and resuming active status.
PRESENTATION:
The President presents awards at Institute receptions held during each fiscal year.
PROCEDURE:
The Personnel Office coordinates the length of service awards program and communicates the program to the RIT community through Institute publications.
