Other Curriculum Changes

Changes to Currently Registered Degree Programs

If you are planning a revision or change in a in an existing program, please follow these steps:

#1: Review the summary of changes to currently registered programs and the level of review and approval required.

#2: If a planned change required NYSED review and approval, complete the NYSED “Request for Change in a Currently Registered Program” form found on page 21 of the registration procedures.

#3: Submit change to Department and College Level Curriculum Review Bodies (if required).

#4: Attach a letter of support for change from Department and College.

#5: Send an “FYI” copy of change proposal and support letters to ICC/Graduate Council (if required)

#6: Send all materials to Senior Associate Provost who will initiate Provost review and approval process and send to NYSED for registration.
