Assistant Provost, Rochester Institute of Technology, Rochester, NY, 2006-Present
- Work with the Vice President for Academic Affairs to develop academic support and retention strategies for targeted student populations.
- Serve as the Academic Affairs liaison to Operation Outreach, supporting search committees in the recruitment of minority faculty and the deans and department chairs in the retention of minority and junior faculty.
- Perform research and analysis on retention initiatives undertaken in Academic Affairs.
Assistant Provost for Diversity, Rochester Institute of Technology, Rochester, NY, 2002 -2006 responsible for Institute wide initiatives to enhance community and increase diversity of faculty, students and staff.

• Initiated research on language acquisition of Asian students, which resulted in being invited to present the findings at the University of Beijing, China.

provided by the Grantsmanship Center of Los Angeles.
