How do you request equipment?
A Faculty/Staff member can stop down to ETC (5-A600) or can call at 585-475-2551 to place an order. Students cannot reserve equipment; they must have an instructor or advisor contact the MRC. If requesting a Sharp Projector, the instructor must be present when it is delivered, to sign for it.
How far in advance should equipment be requested?
Standard delivery/pick up of equipment: provide at least 24 hours in advance notice. If requesting a Computer projector, it is best to place the order as soon as possible. They are in high demand, especially on the even hours, so, one may not be delivered to class when it is needed.
Operators for Auditoriums: Provide at least a weeks notice to ensure the best possible service, we ask that you place your request as soon as you know about the event. This will allow enough time to find an employee to operate the event.
