Who We Are

Faculty Career Development Services (FCDS) is a team of professionals dedicated to the support and advancement of faculty in their academic careers at RIT.

What We Do

Our team provides faculty with a continuum of support geared toward advancement through the different stages of an academic career. Efforts are focused upon professional and organizational development.

A Continuum of Support

As part of our ongoing support for faculty, the FCDS team manages programs and services for faculty at all stages of their career including RIT’s faculty mentoring program, the academic leadership development program, new faculty orientation, and other special events and programs.  See our Resources page for more details.
