DISABILITY SERVICES OFFICE
Students with disabilities who would like to request accommodations due to a disability are encouraged to contact the Disability Services Office. Submission of a “Disability Services Request Form” and documentation of the disability are required; the Director then reviews the request and if warranted, discusses appropriate accommodations with the student. The office is also available for information on federal disability guidelines and disability issues.
