Proposal to Re-Categorize Several Governance Policies to Administrative
A proposal to decommission several governance policies and re-categorize them as administrative policies was introduced to Institute Council at its October 16 2013 meeting. We are currently meeting with Academic Senate, Staff Council, and Student Government to address questions and obtain feedback on the proposal.
In addition to input received in meetings with the governance groups, we welcome additional feedback from faculty, staff, and students through Friday December 6. Below are two documents related to the proposal:
the draft distributed to members of Academic Senate, Staff Council, and Student Government, and
- a reference document that, for each policy in the proposal, provides a side-by-side comparison of the current governance version and, when applicable, the current administrative version.
