Contact Our Office
For your convenience, the Study Abroad office is open every day from 9:00am am until 4:00pm, except Tuesdays, when we are closed 1:30pm to 3:30pm for our weekly office meeting. We are located in Global Village Building 400 room 2070 in the Constellation Commons for Global Learning, right above The Cantina & Grille. Our office staff can answer general questions and help point you in the right direction. For more detailed information please make an appointment to meet with our Program Coordinator by calling (585) 475 - 4466.
Advising Hours
Our program coordinator is happy to meet with students who would like to learn more about Study Abroad, or would like to begin the application process. Please stop by our office on the second floor of Global Village right above the Cantina & Grille during our office hours to schedule an appointment or call (585) 475 - 4466. If you need an interpreter, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance and we can request one for the meeting.
Before your advising, it is recommended that you register on The Compass. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, we will have to ask you to reschedule.
Our office environment is generally informal and you may feel free to call our staff by our first names.
