Cindee Gray is the managing director of the RIT-Rochester General Health System Alliance. In her role, Gray serves both organizations and works with the joint alliance steering committee. She is responsible for project management, community outreach, communications, a budget and will work with a national strategic consulting firm to create a strategic plan.
