Lab Location: 78-2430

This Lab is used for the study of the basics of fluid power. Areas of study are pressure viscosity, turbulence, flow, thermal properties and displacement. Hydaulic/pneumatic components such as pumps, actuators, valves accumulators, lines, directional controls, sealing devices servomechanisms, hydraulic fluids, and fluid containers are studied.

Equipment and Highlights

• Six state-of-the-art, hands-on pneumatic stations - each equipped with its own set of pneumatic components. 
• One hydraulic demonstration table.
