I like how you come to see many dimensions of diversity in the college, You get to meet students from different countries which contributes a lot to your personal development and knowledge of different cultures. Another aspect of diversity is how handicapped students are so accepted in the college's culture and facilitated in the studies. These classmates study like all other students which gives them confidence to see their potential and make use of their skills appropriately. It also makes their fellow students interact and get to know how people living with special conditions are really not that much different from other students. Another aspect that I love about my program is the enthusiasm of the professor. The faculty is just as excited to come to class and bring in new opportunities for students to learn than we as students are excited to have them teach that in turn, students can not help but become equally passionate for their studies and activities. I also really appreciate how the instructor and professors share a lot of material with students to broaden their perspective on a specific matter/topic. I think a big part is played by the library resources and reference help in making this possible. Students and teachers go to library to find more material on their subject of interest and the needed articles/books/journals will almost always be available. Another area within the library that I personally feel has been truly valuable to me is Writing Commons. Here students can take their assignments and papers to get them reviewed by an expert who gives you advice and guidelines to write a good paper while making your writing more impressive.
