Fall 2010 Quarter Scholarship Request Form
Please enter the following information to apply for an HSM scholarship. Applications are accepted at any time. You MUST complete an application for each academic quarter to be considered for that quarter.
*Note 3/3/10: Applications for the Spring 2010 quarter are now closed - any applications submitted after this date will be considered for the Fall 2010 academic quarter.
Please e-mail your cover letter to Lori Harris at lahrpt@rit.edu with "HSM Scholarship" in the subject line. Please explain in your letter how/why you meet the following criteria:
- Grade point average (GPA) minimum 2.5
- Financial need
- Representative of School of Hospitality & Service Management (HSM)
- Ex. qualitative skills, demeanor, maturity
- HSM Involvement and Leadership
- Quantitative skills, club membership, volunteering, group events
- Industry Experience
- Ex. Catering, Hotel, work experience, etc.
- RIT/Community Service
- Ex. Sport clubs, fraternities, sororities, religious, etc.
*Applications are not considered complete until receipt of cover letter.
