RIT's Hospitality and Service Management Programs started in 1892. They have been recognized by Forbes, Travel Weekly, Nation's Restaurant News and Corporate Travel magazines. Each Program is accredited by the council on Hotel, Restaurant and Institution Education. The American Dietetic Association accredits the Nutrition Management Program.
