The RITz
| The annual Puttin’ on the RITz dinner is an annual event done by the students in the School of Hospitality and Service Management. It is planned over two academic quarters for a period of twenty weeks. Students form various committees and choose a venue where they actually “take control” of the kitchen to produce a five-star evening with a three or more course meal and entertainment and elegance galore.
