Scholarship

 

Francis M. Domoy, Ph.D. is head of RIT's School of Hospitality and Service Management. He teaches in the graduate and Executive Leader programs. He has also presented numerous lectures and seminars for the hospitality industry in the U.S. and internationally on selected topics such as Service Quality, Yield Management and Globalization. Dr. Domoy has developed international agreements for student exchanges, credit transfer and faculty development. He aggressively established the first international program for the School of Hospitality and Service Management at the American College of Management and Technology in Dubrovnik, Croatia. As a result, an A.A.S. in Hotel/Resort Management was implemented in 1997. Recently a B.S. degree is now being offered at the ACMT. He is also the principal investigator of a USIA retraining grant for middle managers of hotel properties in Croatia.
