In today’s competitive
economic environment,
the premium on quality service is at an all-time high, and the demand
for service experts is on the rise. RIT’s Service Management
program focuses on the management of the customer-service provider
interface and gives you skills that are applicable to a wide range
of service industries—from health care to financial services
to government agencies.
Program highlights
Focus on the underlying forces common in all service entities. Become
skilled in analytical techniques as you learn to measure customer
satisfaction, empower frontline employees, develop a teamwork environment,
and benchmark results. Flexible concentrations can be created for
sectors of the service economy such as allied health, hospitality,
senior living management, education, communications, government,
insurance, and banking.
