MS Program - 48 Quarter Credits
RIT's Human Resource Development graduate program aims to expand and refine the key competencies required of current and future practitioners in the field by providing education in training, human resource management, career development, organizational development, and consulting. The program is characterized by a philosophy of pragmatism. It balances theoretical foundations in the social sciences with mastery of relevant technologies and human productivity methodologies.
Advanced Graduate Certificate - 16 Quarter Credits
In addition to the Traditional Program, an Advanced Graduate Certificate is available which can be completed through Distance Learning (DL) or in the classroom. This four-course sequence can provide an HR credential in as little as two quarters. All certificate courses can also be transferred into the MS Program.
