Innovative leadership which has an entrepreneurial spirit to suggest new strategies while maintaining adherence to evidence based protocols continue to lead the way in health on a global scale. The Health Systems Administration Master of Science program at RIT develops these leadership skills to manage the business of health care.
The Health Systems Administration (HSA) Program provides student's with a number of learning options.
- The completion of the HSA Master of Science degree utilizes the on-line teaching environment allowing students to complete their degree off site throughout the globe. The degree components provide students with a personalized academic program to meet their career needs and ambitions.
- Students may apply to participate in the HSA Executive Leader program, which combines the elements of Healing Hospitality with management skills. Classes utilize a one week format and are offered at the RIT campus and locations throughout the United States.
- Professionals interested in maintaining recency can opt to participate in completion of one of the advanced certificate programs available.
- Students may take up to three courses as a non-matriculated student to gain an understanding of the industry or acquire updated health care knowledge and skills.
- For those students’s seeking a health care career an Undergraduate Health Systems Administration certificate is available on line. For those who wish to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree, the courses for this certificate can be incorporated into a program of study at RIT.
