Senior Living Management

Senior living has multiple options for consumers and managers who would like to work in the industry.  Choices range from independent living to long term care found  within an independent enterprise or within a large conglomerate in health care. The leadership skills required for these businesses are unique to this field and include knowledge of  laws and regulations for different states, the ability to recruit and retain support staff, market the facility, and manage operations for a clientele whose needs modify over time .

This certificate provides essential strategic skills to develop and manage senior living options.
