• Job Requirements:
    
  Required, 10+ years of experience in management and leadership curriculum development and delivery in a fast-paced, results-oriented growth company.
  
  Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, coaching, collaboration and organizational skills.
  
  Ability to interact and influence at all levels from individual contributors to senior management.
  
  Strong strategic planning and operational implementation skills, the ability to integrate and align strategy, people and activities across functions, processes and teams.
  
  Ability to translate vision and strategy into clear actionable goals.
  
  Strong project planning and management skills.

• Required Skills/ Education:

  BA/BS required.  MA/MS or Ph.D preferred in Instructional Systems Design, Human Resources Development, Organizational Psychology or related field
