Executive Leader Program
RIT’s executive program, a favorite of industry professionals, allows you to pursue a master’s degree with minimal interruption to existing commitments. This program gives you the opportunity to update your skills and credentials quickly – usually in just 15 months or less. This can be accomplished through a combination of summer sessions at RIT, online learning, independent study, transfer credit and credit for selected work experiences and personal accomplishments. If you have a bachelor’s degree and five years of professional experience, RIT’s executive leader option may be the opportunity you’ve been looking for.
This executive program is normally offered over two 2-week summer sessions (these sessions are two weeks long each) in June and August, however, flexible options to accommodate diverse work schedules are available.
The program consists of eight courses (32 credits), a themed industry project or thesis (4 credits), and 12 credits for experience. The courses are:
