A Tradition

Dating back to 1986, the "Puttin' on the RITz" dinner was developed by students and faculty as a means of fundraising for the RIT Hospitality Education Fund. Over the years, the dinner has grown from a gathering of approximately 60 alumni, family, faculty and friends in Henry's restaurant on the RIT campus to a gala event that caters to more than 300 guests.
