James W. Jacobs, Jr., Ph.D., is a Lecturer in the Department of Service Systems in the School of International Hospitality and Service Systems. He has been with RIT since 1989. Focused on service leadership and innovation; administration and development in graduate and post graduate studies, Jacobs is also an active member of the Service Research Institute International, Frontiers of Service and Air Force Association. Additionally, he has earned numerous military awards during his career including Command Pilot.
