Your CMT Advisor

When you begin CMT, the program Director serves as your temporary academic advisor. Once you get to know other department faculty, you may choose any one of the department’s faculty to act as your Advisor. You should seek out as early as possible another faculty member from your applied or professional area (such as business, information technology, or publishing) to advise you on courses outside of Communication. With the advice and counsel of these professionals you develop a plan of study that maps out coursework to the completion of your degree.
