Journalism is the newest addition to the degree offerings of the Department of Communication at Rochester Institute of Technology, we began accepting Journalism majors in November 2008. Students enrolled in the Journalism program will become valuable contributors to RIT by writing for Reporter (the weekly magazine) and for Liberal Smarts (the twice-a-year newsletter for the College of Liberal Arts). In addition to these journalistic opportunities, you can also become a manager or newscaster at WITR-FM, or an anchor and reporter for ESPN SportsZone.
