Alzheimer’s Association Seeks Social Media Intern

The Alzheimer’s Association, Rochester & Finger Lakes Chapter, is seeking an intern for an unpaid position to help build the organization’s online presence and better engage its audience through social media. Primary responsibilities include: Assisting in the development of an overall social media strategy, developing and implementing social media tactics, using analytics to test and identify successful content and integrating social media in overall marketing plans.

Qualifications should include: Proficiency with social media, background or familiarity with search engine optimization, strong writing and communication skills, and an ability to work independently but also as part of a team. Knowledge of Alzheimer’s disease is desirable but not required. Time frame: Spring, summer or fall semesters.
