Pre-Law Association
Open to all majors, the RIT Pre-law Association holds biweekly meetings and seminars on preparing for law school and sponsors a speaker's series on law related topics. In the past, the Association has participated in mock trial competition and also publishes student research papers in "The Journal of Social and Legal Research at RIT", which was the first undergraduate prelaw journal in the country. >>More SPARSA: Security Practices and Research Student Association SPARSA is an RIT student run organization that addresses security-related issues and how these issues affect multiple majors and disciplines. The ultimate goal of this organization is to provide students with experience and employment opportunities in security related fields. Events and activities that SPARSA will host and participate in include: >>Research and development of security tools and policies. >>Consulting work for organizations in need of improved security. >>Building relationships with local and national security organizations. >>Networking with security professionals >>Hosting conferences, symposiums, and numerous other security-related events. Security is becoming progressively more important in our increasingly global world.
