Participants

The Conference for Undergraduate Research in Communication (CURC), an event organized and hosted by the Department of Communication, was first held in 2004. In its first six years, CURC has attracted more than 550 registered conferees. Approximately 300 students from the following 27 colleges and universities have participated: Albany University, Alfred University, Boston College, Brooklyn College, Hamilton College, Iona College, Ithaca College, John Carroll University (Cleveland, OH), Lynchburg College, Marist College, Nazareth College, New York University, Niagara University, Queens College, Roberts Wesleyan College, Rochester Institute of Technology, St. Bonaventure University, St. John Fisher College, Samford University, SUNY College at Brockport, SUNY Geneseo, SUNY/IT Utica, University at Buffalo, University of Pittsburgh, Utica College, Villanova University, and Whatcom Community College (Bellingham, WA).
