Women and Gender Minorities Faculty in Liberal Arts

In 2014, a group of women faculty in the College of Liberal Arts received a Connect Grant through AdvanceRIT to organize, plan and implement an Appreciative Inquiry process for the College of Liberal Arts.  In 2016, some of the original group received a second Connect Grant to look at the work environment for Women and Gender Minorities faculty in the College of Liberal Arts in an effort to support the Women and Gender Minorities faculty and proactively come up with policies and best practices that can improve the work environment.
