This disciplinary immersion provides the opportunity for advanced study of selected areas of psychology. Depending on which courses are selected, students may study in depth one of the major areas of the discipline such as human development, normal and abnormal personality, or perception and learning. The immersion courses enable students to learn more about their own functioning and the functioning of others. Students will become better informed consumers of psychological information and will also learn to apply psychological principles in their own lives.

Note: This immersion is closed to Psychology Degree Program Students (PSYC)

Prerequisite: PSYC 101 Introduction to Psychology (or equivalent)
