The second annual "Breathe: a midterm stress relief event for psychology students" included Information about biofeedback, nutrition, relaxation techniques and RIT resources for stress relief. Yoga classes and chair massages were available. The activities were hosted by the Psychology Peer Navigators, the Psychology Department and the Division of Student Affairs.
