Possible Technical/Professional Concentrations

Note: Premed students have a more rigorous science requirement.
Check with the head of the Psychology Department if you have any questions.

Technical/Professional Concentrations
The curriculum provides substantive training in RIT's technical professional fields. Psychology majors need to complete a Technical/Professional concentration of 12 credit hours. Concentrations may be from different programs at RIT.

Information Technology Concentration: College of Applied Science and Technology

Mathematics and Statistics Concentration: College of Science

Science Concentration: College of Science
Students take any one sequence from the four sequences offered by the different disciplines in science; Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Imaging Science.

Individualized Technical Concentration:
This concentration allows students to design their own technical concentration according to their needs.

Your advisor must approve any concentration.
