A Letter from the Editors

Dear Readers,

In this issue of Mental Notes, we extend our fondest farewell to Ginny Costenbader. Ginny has been with the RIT school psychology program since it began in 1987. We wish her a wonderful retirement. She will be missed by all of us.

We also would like to extend a warm welcome to Suzanne Graney, our newest faculty member here at RIT. We all look forward to getting to know Suzanne when she arrives in the fall.

Also in this issue, we have provided an overview of the 2003 NASP conference. Although the SARS epidemic made it a scary time to travel travel to Toronto, the handful of RIT school psychology students and faculty who did attend had a wonderful time.

We also review here, the class of 2003's research colloquium, which summarized a year of hard work and research from our dedicated students who graduated this spring.

We are continually revamping out newsletter's appearance and are trying to make it as user friendly as possible. With the recent addition of an email form for our readers to contact us by, we hope that our alums and valued readers will be more inclined to keep in touch! Thank you for being patient with us through this switch from paper to electronics.

Sincerely,

Cathy Offen, Editor
