rain rain go away

This image reminds me of Helmers 7th step. The images grayish feel makes could make the viewer feel down, the reflection of the dark sky on the water puddles makes it impossible to get this sensation even if not direction the view towards the sky. When taking in question the effect the image will have on the viewer another point to consider is what exact viewer will be in contact with this image, for example, this image was taken on the outside of the RIT INN, the image will have a stronger effect on a guest of this hotel, probably affect his or her plans for the afternoon.
