Financial Aid
Introduction to Conversion-Related Changes to Financial Aid
Annual financial aid and scholarship amounts for two semesters will be equivalent to the amounts for three quarters. Since tuition and fees charged for one semester will be more than for one quarter, the amount of financial aid for one semester will also be more than for one quarter.
Financial aid will continue to be disbursed per academic term. The timing of disbursement of financial aid will change to reflect semesters. Rather than disbursing financial aid each quarter, the Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships will disburse students' financial aid each semester, assuming the student has completed all the necessary required paperwork and met the necessary eligibility requirements to allow disbursement.
