The College of Science Student Advisory Board (COSSAB) was formed in the Spring of 1997. The group was established as a liaison between the COS students, Student Government, and the Dean. The Dean has kept the committee members apprised of issues that affect the College of Science. In addition to sponsoring the annual spring picnic, the COSSAB has been involved with issues involving the building addition, laboratory maintenance, appearance of the COS, as well as other concerns facing our student body.
The student advisory board is made up of approximately 20 students representing all of the majors and organizations in the COS. Members are selected based on interest and their ability to represent part of the COS student body.
