Our purpose is to serve as a voice for COS students as an active liasion between you and the Dean, as well as host several events and activities throughout the year.

We represent all students that take classes in the College of Science and try to improve their experiences in a variety of ways:

• Seek out issues that face our student body, troubleshoot, and discuss solutions with Dr. Sophia Maggelakis, Dean of COS.
  
  
• Encourage the social growth of COS and RIT students through events like the Annual COS Spring Picnic, the Winter Gala semi-formal, and ImagineRIT exhibits.
  
  
• Promote the learning process of the student body by providing the opportunity for students and professors to share ideas in quarterly forums, and more recently by developing curricula.
  
  
• Support the continued involvement of COS alumni through joint programs with Alumni Relations.
