Database design, implementation, analysis and automation for diverse applications; collaborations with other biologists to help handle their vast datasets.
Potential Research Project
Much literature has been published that associates certain alleles with one or more mitochondrial haplogroups, yet no public database contains this information. A new database is being constructed from literature, online and private sources that will compile these data into a freely available, user-friendly, searchable format.
