The Premedical Studies Office at RIT also serves alumni by assisting in the submission of applications to health related professional schools e.g. medicine, dentistry. The application time table for alumni is the same as it is for current students and is located in the premed handbook. In general the time-table includes:

Notify premed office of intent to be included in the application cycle for that year.

Take standardized exam (no later than October)

| May 1 |
Have letters of recommendation into the premed office (5 minimum

| May 15 |
Have committee/composite letter

| June 30 |
Have primary applications completed
Complete additional "secondary" application forms
Interview at the medical school's invitation
Wait for the medical school's decision on your candidacy |
