NOTE 1: In some circumstances it will be possible, up to the end of the third week of the course, for a student to switch from the COS-MATH-181 sequence to the COS-MATH-171 sequence. This might be indicated, for example, in cases where a student was incorrectly placed, or where early performance is extremely poor. NOTE 2: Again, in some circumstances it will be possible, during the first week of the course, for a student to switch from the COS-MATH-171 sequence to the COS-MATH-181 sequence. This might be indicated, for example, in cases where a student was incorrectly placed, or where early performance is extremely good. Such a move must be done only after careful advising.
