EVENTS: We have a new process for event requests for you to use when requesting a room for seminars, meetings, or other events in COS. Please submit the Event Request Form.

Helpful information for you to complete the request form:

Select COS on the Campus/Organization pull down list

Complete the form and press submit (the form will be sent to Michael Cross or Ann Gottorff. One of us will process the request and return it to you.)

Please make your requests at least 24 hours before your event time to give us adequate time for processing.
