Guidelines for preparing your abstract

Last Date for written Abstract Submission July 31, 2007


  • Recommended size of abstract is half a page using Microsoft Word.
  • Include author names and complete affiliations.
  • Include e-mail addresses of authors. Use Times New Roman; style italic; size 12
  • Insert asterisk on supervisor/s names.
  • Title of the abstract should be in all capitol letters. Font-Times New Roman; style-bold; size 12
  • Type authors names and affiliations following the title using font Times New Roman; style-regular; size 12
  • Abstract should be single spaced.
  • Indentation: Left-0”; right-0”
  • Page set up: Top:1”; Left:1.25”;Right:1.25”;Gutter:0”;Gutter position:Left
