PAYROLL DEDUCTION (RIT employees only) Payroll deduction is an easy way for faculty and staff to fulfill a one-time gift, year-long pledge or an ongoing pledge in biweekly, monthly or quarterly installments. Currently, payroll deductions cannot be set up online. To initiate a payroll deduction, you must complete and sign a payroll authorization form (which sets up the total gift amount and the payment structure you want) and send it to the RIT Development Office, Eastman 2100 (full street address below).
