Today, RIT is a Category of One university - growing exponentially in size, stature and reputation. Every day, our faculty/staff members do what it takes to inspire and support their students and move RIT closer to its goal of becoming "The Innovation and Creativity University."

This year, our third annual Raise Our Annual Response Day was a great success. In one day, the campus raised $32,558 in gifts and pledges - a 44% increase over last year. Faculty/staff participation increased 7.6% to 565 donors. The trend is clear. Each year, more faculty/staff choose to support RIT because:

• We love our students and want to see them succeed.
• RIT is a great place to work, learn and grow as we nurture the leaders of tomorrow.
• We know tuition cannot possibly "cover it all."
• We understand that funding scholarships - especially ENDOWED SCHOLARSHIPS - is critical to attracting talented students and in sustaining them as they work toward completing their RIT degree.

There's an added benefit for the 1,200-plus faculty/staff members who are also RIT alumni. When you choose to "give back" to RIT, you not only provide important support, you also help raise RIT's alumni participation rate, which positively affects RIT's national ranking.
