Tiger's through and through
When Julia Lisuzzo MBA '08, tells you about her family's appreciation for RIT, the question that comes to mind is not "why do you give?", but rather "why would you not give?" Here's what she says in her own words:
"My story is that I love this place – from the time I set foot on campus 18 years ago, I have found this to be my home. I brought my kids to Margaret's House when they were too young to stay at home in the summer and to swimming lessons in the Woodward Pool, before there was a beautiful aquatics center. Later, Tony and I entrusted our children's education to RIT. This place turned a devasting life event (losing my job at another employer) into one that I look back on as God's greater plan for me. I love my colleagues in The Wallace Center and think they do amazing work. But above anything else, I always remember that it's the students we're here for. Oh – and my husband and I are both huge hockey fans, have season tickets and will have a seat in the Polisseni Center with our name on it."
