The 2007-2008 school year, President Destler and Dr. Rebecca Johnson's $10,000 personal pledge to match student gifts produced an unprecedented response. More than 1,000 RIT students made gifts totaling more than $38,500 to student clubs, activities, and many other areas of RIT.
Following this incredible success, President Destler and Dr. Johnson once again committed to a dollar-for-dollar match of all student gifts given to a recognized university area. They will personally match student gifts up to $10,000, giving you the opportunity to DOUBLE your gift to the area of RIT that matter most to you:
- Your RIT club or team
- Club Space renovation of the Woodward Pool
- Your degree program or college
You choose where you want your gift to go, and the President's challenge will double your dollars to that area!
