Attend the five-day Introduction to Microsoft Excel 2007 workshop March 3-7, 2008 at the ABRAM Friedman Occupational Center in downtown Los Angeles for FREE.

 

The workshop will be held daily from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

 

 

Workshop Description:

 

Microsoft Excel is a powerful tool that allows you to analyze, share, and manage information. Through this workshop, you will gain an understanding of what a spreadsheet is and how it is used to produce professional-looking documents that perform numeric calculations rapidly and accurately.

  • Creating a basic Excel 2007 worksheet
  • Performing calculations
  • Formatting a worksheet
  • Building and editing worksheets
  • Using Excel functions
  • Printing workbook contents
  • Presenting data using charts
  • Sorting and filtering data

Prerequisites:

 

Workshop participants should be generally familiar with personal computers and with Microsoft Windows operating systems. No prior knowledge or use of Microsoft Excel is required.
