FULL SCHOLARSHIPS AVAILABLE FOR EMIRATI NATIONALS UNDER ICT FUND

RIT Dubai is proud partner  with the ICT Fund, part of the Telecommunications regulatory Authority under the  under the ‘Betha’ Scholarship program.  The program provides full scholarships for Emirati nationals in the fields of telecommunications and Information technology.

Emirati Nationals who meet the below requirements are invited to apply for the Betha Scholarship for the following programs at RIT Dubai:

Bachelors: Computing Security, Computing & Information Technologies, Electrical Engineering

Master’s: Network Systems Administration (NSA) Electrical Engineering

Admission requirements for the undergraduate (Bachelor’s) Degree program Scholarship: 

  • Should be a UAE citizen and provide a civil registry as a proof
  • Have achieved a minimum score of 75% in secondary school certificate or its equivalent in schools
  • Should apply for a specialization in the field of telecommunications and information technology  (BS Computing Security, Computing & Information Technologies, Electrical Engineering)
  • Should have been graduated from secondary school or its equivalent during the last three years
  • Should not be employed 
  • Should not have received a scholarship or other financial assistance from any other entity.

Admission requirements for the Postgraduate (Master’s) Degree program Scholarship:

  • Should be a UAE citizen and provide a civil registry as a proof
  • Should apply for a specialization in the field of telecommunications and information technology  (NSA or Electrical Engineering)
  • Should have achieved a cumulative score of 3.00 and above in the bachelor’s degree
  • Should not have received a scholarship or other financial assistance from any other entity
  • In case of employment, Master’s degree students are entitled for the scholarship without the monthly allowance
